17A.1 The duty of maintaining the temple of Shri Pashupatinath shall be the responsibility of the fund and the duty of conducting various worship services of the temple of Shri Pashupatinath shall be the responsibility of the Mula Bhatru. 17A.2 Except for what is written in sub-section 17A.1, all the works in the taluk of Mool Bhatta of Pashupati will be under the control of Kura Parishad and its operation, supervision and control of Asul, Tehsil and special persons for the worship, dakshina, offering, customs and various works to be done in the Pashupati area. The arrangements regarding expenses will be as prescribed by the Council.
